At the age of 36, my husband and I got pregnant the moment we started trying. And I thought: “wow, this is easy!”

But after my incredibly challenging delivery,
I swore off more kids and went on birth control.

Two years later, my mind changed one day and all of a sudden I was ready for another!

But my body wasn’t. I suffered three miscarriages over the next several years.

Throughout this time, I dove deeply into all aspects of life that might improve my chances for a baby. From diet, to supplements, to egg retrieval and IVF treatments.

Finally, after five years of struggle, I was heart-warmed to welcome my baby boy Adrian!

And while I am not a medical professional, I have successfully guided many of my close friends and family through their own fertility struggles and successes.
